This warranty is our promise to you that we stand behind the products we create.

Warranty

Armstrong Doors & Woodworking warrants that our doors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment and to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to residential use only. Repaired or replaced products will not be subject to a new warranty period.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • Structural integrity of the door panel, frame, and other wooden components.
  • Manufacturing defects that compromise the functionality or aesthetic of the product.
  • Premature yellowing and delamination and any hidden or visible defects that make them
    unsuitable for their intended use

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect and poor maintenance.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions, including but not limited to, excessive moisture, humidity, or temperature changes.
  • Installed near a heating system, heat vent or appliance without proper ventilation or insulation.
  • Improper storage.
  • Outdoor installations.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches and dents.
  • Alterations or repairs made by any unauthorized persons other than Armstrong Doors or its authorized representatives.
  • Warping of doors over 30” in height or in the event that Armstrong Doors suggests installation of additional hinges. Slim shaker doors are not cover for warping at all,
    regardless of the size.
  • Does not cover labour fees.
  • Cost of installation or transportation or any other costs associated with replacement products covered under this warranty.
  • Costs related to the loss of use of products during the time required to process the warranty claim or to any other direct or indirect damages caused by the inconvenience.

Warranty is automatically voided if there are outstanding unpaid dues to Armstrong Doors and
Woodworking.

Warranty Claim Process

To benefit from the warranty, the original products must be returned to Armstrong Doors with a proof of purchase/invoice. There must be no outstanding payments due to Armstrong Doors. Armstrong Doors reserves the right to then validate whether to replace, repair or credit the products. If identical products are not available at the time warranty is requested, Armstrong
Doors reserves the right to replace the products with comparable materials, without being compelled to replace all of the products if only some are defective.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Description of the defect or issue.
  • Photographs of the defect or issue.

Step 3: Evaluation
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photographs. We may also arrange an inspection of the product.

Step 4: Resolution

If your claim is approved, Armstrong Doors & Woodworking will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product. If a replacement is necessary and the original product is no longer available, we will provide a product of comparable quality and style.
