Shipping Options

2. Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days.
  • Cost: Higher than standard shipping, with the exact cost calculated at checkout.

3. Local Pickup:

  • Availability: For customers in our local area, we offer the option to pick up orders directly from our workshop.
  • Cost: Free.
  • Instructions: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions for scheduling your pickup time.

Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Production Time: As all our products are custom-made, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Exact times may vary based on the complexity of your order and current demand.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Damages

While we take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage, occasionally, items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Inspect Immediately: Inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage.
  • 2. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • 3. Contact Us: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order at orders@armstrongdoors.ca or 905-460-8080 with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by repairing, replacing, or refunding the damaged item.
